Cancellation and missing items
You may cancel or change your order within one hour of of clicking "confirm your order" by emailing us immediately on: post@iglow.me. Should there be any damaged or missing items, please contact us the same day.

Complaints & Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return any unopened products, you can do so as long as they are in their original packaging and any seals are intact.
