1) If you are experiencing any issues with an iGlow Product or have questions please send an e-mail to email@example.com Please provide your order number and a description of the issue – and include pictures if the product is damaged. This will help us collect the information we need to help you as fast as possible.
2) If you regret your purchase you may return the item(s).* To be eligible for a refund item(s) must be returned in a re-sellable and be in un-used condition. *Any seal must not be broken*. Please include your order number and send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide the return information.
3) Once we have received and inspected the returned items we will issue a refund of the original payment as long as the return criteria is fulfilled.
4) You will receive a confirmation by email when your return is final.
*The rules on returning liquid content differs from country to country. Please reach out to email@example.com if you are experiencing any issues with returning it from your country. Return shipping costs will not be refunded in addition to the refund issued for the products.
