Returns and refunds

 1)If you are experiencing any issues with an iGlow product or have questions, please email us at post@iglow.me. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and pictures if the product is damaged. This will help us gather the necessary information to assist you as quickly as possible.

2) We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return any unopened products, you can do so as long as they are in their original packaging and any seals are intact.

Before making a return, please contact our customer service team by emailing post@iglow.me. They will provide you with all the necessary information to initiate the return process.

3) Once we have received and inspected the returned items we will issue a refund of the original payment as long as the return criteria is fulfilled. 

4) You will receive a confirmation by email when your return is final. 


*The rules on returning liquid content differs from country to country. Please reach out to post@iglow.me if you are experiencing any issues with returning it from your country. Return shipping costs will not be refunded in addition to the refund issued for the products.
