Delivery
Our company is located in Norway and we ship international orders from Luxembourg, which is within the EU. If you are based in an EU country, you typically won't incur customs fees as the goods are moving within the EU customs union. However, if you reside in a non-EU country, your order may be subject to customs fees, which will depend on the customs regulations and guidelines applicable in your area.

Delivery times
After your order is confirmed, we typically ship goods within 1-2 business days. While we cannot guarantee delivery times, please find below our estimated delivery times:

⭐ Within EU: 3-6 business days.
🌎 Non-EU: 7-14 business days.


Order cancellation
You are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days. To qualify for a return, the items must be unopened and the seals must be intact.

Shipment Costs
We have free shipping on all regular orders from within EU. There is a shipment cost on all orders from countries outside EU, as well as €15 flat rate on wholesale orders.

Cancellation and missing items
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email us at post@iglow.me within one hour of clicking "confirm your order". In case of any damaged or missing items, kindly notify us on the same day of delivery.

Complaints
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return any unopened products, you can do so as long as they are in their original packaging and any seals are intact.

Before making a return, please contact our customer service team by emailing post@iglow.me. They will provide you with all the necessary information to initiate the return process.
