iGlow Tan Drops

Traditionally self-tanning products only contain one active self-tanning ingredient, but iGlow Tan Drops contain two to give you the perfect sun-kissed glow you desire! The two different ingredients develop the colour at different times, which means that the tan will become more even and last longer, as well as making the colour more natural-looking. Aloe Vera extract helps to maintain the skin's moisture so that the result lasts even longer!

Dihydroxyacetone or DHA as it is most commonly known as, is actually a type of colourless sugar that is used in most self-tanning products. Erythrulose is also a type of sugar, but it is brown-red in colour and is extracted from red berries, most often raspberries. Both ingredients work in the same way but at different time frames. When applied to the skin they interact with the proteins in the outermost skin cells so that melanin is produced and a natural-looking tanned colour develops. 

To achieve the best possible result, it is important to exfoliate the skin and add extra moisture to particularly dry areas before use.

1. Mix 3-8 drops with a handful of your favourite face cream, serum, foundation or body lotion. The more drops you use, the deeper your tan will be. If you are unsure of how intense a colour you want, we recommend starting with 1-2 drops and rather increasing the amount as you get to know the product and how deep a tan you want.
2. Mix the cream and drops well together and apply with a circular motion for best results. Remember to wash your hands thoroughly afterwards. You can also use a self-tanning mitt if you prefer.
3. Wait until the product has completely dried before getting dressed or applying make-up. A natural, golden tan will develop slowly over the next few hours.

Warning: Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water. For external use only. This product does not contain sun protection and does not protect against sunburn. Test for irritation before use. Keep out of reach of children.
